In my graduate exhibition at Vermont College, August 2005, I created a visual narrative, entitled The Committee, that addressed the duality of self and the void some people try to fill by acting on impulsive behaviors as well as the various parts of ones character. The visual representation of the void, a painted slab of thick plastic, touched on aspects of societal discourse with regard to anger, isolation, addiction, depression, political oppression, the list goes on.

I decided to take the black hole out on the road and photograph it with friends and in front of various institutions. The links above are to various images and interactions with The Void.
